I've been noticing this a lot more as of late. I will get a lot of continuous vibrations on both the driver and passenger side doors while driving. The vibrations intensify even more when I have music playing (in this case, I don't think it helps that I have the premium sound system). The only solution I have as of now is to press againts the main pad of the door. This stops the vibrations entirely. Obviously, I can't always drive this way, so it's a poor solution. I thought there might be something loose or broken inside the doors, so I took both panels off. Unfortunately, everything was in place and all screws/nuts were tight. My only thought is to install some sound dampening material inside like this user did:

I'm kind of skeptical of its success though, as my vibrations are from both road and music. Would the sound dampener material work to my benefit both ways? Thanks for the help.

i have the same problem. the noise was coming from a white piece of plastic on the door beneath the door panel that links the two inner lock links together.. all i did was stuff a " thick piece of spongy foam between the door panel and the door and it got rid of most of the noise. although there is still a bit of buzzing coming from the outside door handle and when the window is half open.

One potential source of audible vibration is the outer door skin contacting the door reinforcement, which sits between the two metal door panels. I isolated it by pressing on the outside door panel to feel and partially silence the vibration, then figured out exactly where the contact occurred by stuffing my hand (painfully) behind the reinforcement.

Ended up jamming a synthetic, closed-cell sponge piece into the appropriate spot; no problems for the last eight years.

I had loads of door rattle after a speaker upgrade. one similar to where you suggested and one traced back to the door handle. I'd already dynamatted everything (apart from the door handle) so was a biatch to get to. Here's some pics of my solution with my new speakers ans tweeters

I have the same problems in both doors, and it sounds like one of the mounts for the stock amp in front of my shifter all rattling. I'm going to just take a good day on my spring break in the end of March and just take it all apart, tighten down any fasteners I can, put padding in between some problem areas, and see how she sounds then.
