um ok, how much of the wire broke off? u could just use a pair of long needle nose pliers and pull the wire off the plug, or get an extra deep 5/8s socket and just take the whole plug out. and as far as what that other thing that broke is im not sure, cnt really see in the picture, and our cars dnt have carburatoers. so... where does it actually go to?

carb lol...
my vote is what he thinks is a carb is actually the throttle body. and you need to use LONG needle nose pliers to remove the excess wire. |

well if you have a harbor freight near you, or an autoparts store, or even home depot should have those pliers

I actually had that happen to me a few years ago. is it just the thin metal band that was inside of the spark plug wires? I think I just took out the plug with a spark plug socket.

well something like that happened to me, the Core from the Spark plug wire broke off and got stuck on top of the Spark Plug which I couldnt take out cuz the core kept my socket from reaching it, I just used some very long Needle Nose Pliers, but they had to be thin I tried using nother pair which had a slightly fatter base and it wouldnt open in the socket hole. You can try that.
