Simple Question: Can this be converted over to obtain the look of a Caldina GT-Four?

With enough money, yes. Rad support (if the same size) would need to be replaced. Who knows if the fenders are the same size. Hood, headlights, etc. The rear quarter panel would need to be modified for the Caldina tail lights, as well as a Caldina hatch. Check on a Maxrix forum for that answer, but I don't think so. The Toyota Matrix is the Toyota Voltz which is the Pontiac Vibe.
