i dont think you could use them while the car is moving because it could replicate police lights and then you could get charged with impersonating an officer of the law

I have strobes in my inner headlights. They don't look bad, but I wish the headlights were completely clear so they would look better.

Depending on where you live, neon underbodies may or may not be legal. In Ohio, anything is legal as long as they don't flash.

Be sure to check your state laws before you turn them on. In Washington, just having strobe lights turned on when you're parked in a parking lot or anywhere where a cop can see your car is illegal, and you can end up like me and get a $171 ticket for impersonating a police officer.

for you all with strobes.. have you had problems with them blinking at different rates? right now, my left one will blink pretty constant (3 pulses - pause) but the right now.. blink... blink blink...............blink.............blink.....

any ideas? I am thinking about piggybacking the right one with the other.. not sure if that will mess it up or not...

haha... i obtained some fire strobes from where i went to school, constant blink... blink... blink... i imagine you could get one of the blinkers people use for their turn signals, then set it to do whatever pattern/interval you want

In California:
Strobes are illegal to use while car is in motion
Interior & Exterior Neons are LEGAL WHILE IN MOTION if the actual bulb cannot be seen by another vehicle or passer-byer. Cops still might pull you over. But ive stated this fact to officers and they got kind of mad that i knew the law. They let me go every time.
