![]() heres how i got my 94 st. my dad had it since about 1998 and he had kept it in the garage in pretty good condition and then we moved to sc. we were on a camping trip and my older sis had stayed in town because she had a job interview. well needless to say that was the only car she had to drive. my car. i just couldnt drive it yet bc i wasnt old enough. about halfway thru the day my dad gets a call from her crying and gets off the phone with this mad look on his face. she had wrecked the car underneath a jeep bc it was raining and she braked late. as for damage. of course both airbags deployed with the passenger one blowing out the passengers window and the windshield. she shattered all 4 headlights and killd the hood both fenders the crash bar and the front clip. she also bent the radiator like crazy. car was still drivable. we drove it home as a matter of fact. ![]() this is a few days after i got the car back from the bodyshop. i got all the parts i needed to fix the car for about 700 bucks including the airbags and some extra stuff. bodyshop painted the car for me black with silver metalflake for only 1200 bucks. that was to fix the dents and put the whole front end back together. ![]() ![]() started by throwing some 17's on it and painting my interior. then the motor blew at 220k miles so i found a new 7a for only 650 from a wrecked celi with only 95k on it with no leaks and good maintnence from the previous owner. well from the wreck and high mileage my transmission started slipping and then my reverse gear went out so i started looking for rebuilds. i sent it to a guy that i had used when i worked at the car dealership and he turned into a crackhead and ran with my 600 bucks that i put down for my rebuild. he didnt show up for bout a month so i went and got my car and took it to another guy i knew and he found me a transmission with 60k miles on it for 1200 and he didnt charge for labor to put it in. so now the car was all intact again. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() heres how the car sits as of now. lack of money is the only thing holding me back from doing more to it. i changed the interior colors to white/purple and changed some seat covers and switched a bunch of light colors. o and i made my clear turn signals. thanks for lookn guys. more will come as money permits |

Congratulations on getting everything back together, that's a lot of money spent for just transmissions and motors.
![]() The interior kind of looks like Barney and Snoop Dogg designed it...but if it's your taste, then individuality is good. Congrats man. ![]() This post has been edited by SwissFerdi: Aug 26, 2009 - 7:27 PM -------------------- '97 ST \ Eibach \ KYB \ Kenwood \ Alpine \ Cusco \ OEM+ [sold 10/18]
