Finally got some pix of my new project car. I'm still going to keep the Celica and do more with it, but for now the sleeper project takes priority.

I am definitely going to go with a 3SGTE swap for sure. Although which generation is another story. The swap probably won't happen for a little while.

But the price of the car, which included a new clutch, was $400. That is one hell of a deal if you ask me. The car only needs minimal work interior and exterior and the clutch needs to be put in.

I hope to have the clutch in the car very soon, probably next 2 weeks or so. I'll keep everyone updated with the progress.

considering that car comes with a 3SFE, your best swap would be a JDM 3SGE or 3SGTE! that would be a fecking HARDCORE sleeper. biggrin.gif

Dude, after you do the swap.....put MUGEN stickers all over it. It'll be so ****ing funny when all the people think you're some rice boy, then you race them.......and smoke the living day lights outta them. Thats what I am doing to my celica for a little while after I get my swap done. Imma put all kinds of stickers on it like, mugen and mopar and RACTIVE and APC........and smoke everybody. biggrin.gif

Right now, I'm trying to decide what color to go with. I've been doing some body work on it, and need to have it painted sometime soon. I was thinking Black. Or maybe I should leave it the Maroon (with no clear coat) with primer and bondo? Go for the piece of crap look, you know.

What do you guys think?

As far as putting all sorts of stickers on my car, no thanks. I think I'll leave it the way it is with the All-Trac badge. Most people that recognize what All-Trac means will probably think I'm some jacka$$ that got it off of a Celica and try to prove what an idiot I am. It'll be fun.

That's a cool car. I think it would look good painted black with a couple light coats of dark blue pearl over it.

Congrats Colin...can't wait to see you driving that piece of crap and then you somehow spank the crap out of my Celica. Hehe...it'll probably happen somehow. I'll see you soon I hope, give my Celica another two weeks and it'll be up and running.
