Actually, would I benefit from it? I have a ported/polished head with a header, the injen air intake, opened up exhaust front to back. Would it do my any good to get a safc controller and tune it or no?

no, if you would have higher comp/stroker kit, or cams valve work, MSD... you would need a tuning with a standalone

a few hp at the wheels could be gained, but not much.

I already sent cams out to webcam but just for the drop in mild grind. If I get the safc and tune it, it would be worth it then a bit more?
