 Mechanical airbag? How to assemble? |

So I had to remove steering wheel and found instructions for it. I thought that airbag would be electrical but it was some kind of mechanical system. Now I don't know or I don't dare to assemble it anymore. It maybe blows to my face

i have never seen anything like that, all of my celicas have been electrical...
