Just to start off, it's a GREAT game. I hadn't been in to R&C prior to ps3 and R&C Future: Tools of Destruction, which I also loved. From there, R&C:Quest For Booty kept the story going but I wasn't a huge fan. This game picks up right where the others left off. And even if you didn't play those two games you won't miss out on anything. Although the story continues from the ending of the last one, the game updates you as to what has happened by a short video at the beginning of the game. After that you get in to the actual game.
The game itself is virtually flawless. The graphics are amazing. Very smooth and brilliant environments compliment the colorful characters. Weapons were some of my favorite things from last games, and this game doesn't let you down either. There are a plethora of amazing weapons with their own perks. Although I think this game has good weapons, I was sad to see there was no real melee weapon except for the omniwrench.
The levels all make sense and there is a good balance between cutscenes, comedy, fighting a characters.... nothing feels forced. Also, for those of you disappointed by Tools of Destruction's space fight, you won't be here... There is a very open environment with the ability to do a lot of different things. There are plenty of side missions and side goals which can be prettty fun. One of the coolest things about this game, in my opinion of course, are the puzzles. Some of these puzzles with Clank simply aren't meant for the 10 year old kid. Some of them are freaking HARD, but very fun. With all the stuff that goes in to some of these puzzles, you will feel a sense or self-fulfillment from completing the hard puzzles. One of my favorite parts was the battle arena in the last game. This time you have a much expanded battle arena and some of them are also VERY hard. Overall it's not a ridiculously tough game, and on my first play through I started of "hard' and didn't find any impossible areas.
The game has a very good story that doesn't disappoint either. As far as time goes, I think my play through time was about 8 hours 45 minutes. The trophies also are a much welcomed addition to the game. It adds more replay value. After you beat the regular game you can play again in challenge mode and keep all the perks you had which i like. All in all, many of you who just play a game once will want to just rent the game. but if you're like me, it's worth the buy because you're going to replay it a few times. Personally, I played through Tools of Destruction 5-6 times, and I can see myself doing that with this one too. Hopefully this was a decent review and any comments welcome!
GO CHECK THIS GAME OUT!

I will check it out. I just never played it, for some reason it reminded me of games like Spyro the dragon, Banjo-Kazooie, and even the old school infamous Bubsy back in the days of SNES and Sega Genesis. Games of much hype, however eventually dumpster games that no matter how rare games for that system are, everyone has it and it isn't worth much nor offers great replay value. But since you like it a lot, I am going to try it out, it sounds like this one has a lot to offer. Thanks.
