Hey, I'm just wondering if anyone has ever bought a 404A kit from Hyperformance.
http://shophyperformance.com/cgi-bin/hp/000820.html Their 404A kit here is extremely cheap compared to Erebuni $704 pricing - but Erebuni doesn't seem to sell the 404A kit any more. I e-mailed Erebuni about it and am awaiting a response, but if I can get a good fit for cheap, I'll go with it. I've heard everywhere that cheap body kits are crap fitment, so I'm kinda wary of buying from this site and getting stuck with ridiculous amounts of fitment to be done. I wouldnt buy the 404(A) kit, just personally. I had one and it was an Eribuni kit, the front and rear were bad fitment, but the SS were not even close. It was bought originally for like $700, but i got it for $100 and it was soo bad I just sold it for $250.
Just what I think and it looks alot better if its molded on, which costs alot more unless you know how to do it yourself. Just my oppion though. I just recently bought a VIS Invader kit and fitment is amazing! (all kits are not the same though) Hey, I'm just wondering if anyone has ever bought a 404A kit from Hyperformance. http://shophyperformance.com/cgi-bin/hp/000820.html Their 404A kit here is extremely cheap compared to Erebuni $704 pricing - but Erebuni doesn't seem to sell the 404A kit any more. Cheaper Knock Offs are copies of copies of copies of copies of the Original Kit that ACTUALLY fit the vehicle correctly, after all the copying the only thing that kept the same is how it looked (kinda)
I owned a set of 404A that I gave away after seeing how crappy they fitted. |

Fantastic...I really love the 404A kit, I got an e-mail back saying they discontinued it 3 years ago.
If the original fit was bad though, I definitely wouldn't be buying a knock off. I'm now looking into a Varis Arising II kit, but I like the ST205 rear bumper better than the ST202/203. If I remember correctly the rear bumper bolts up the same on the 202-205, correct? -------------------- ![]() |

Bump for new title.
For reference I want this front/sides: http://www.toyotacelicaonline.com/celica1/b6extrem.htm And this rear bumper: http://www.toyotacelicaonline.com/celica1/b6extremgt4.htm But I need to know if the 205 rear bumper bolts up the same way as the 200/202 rear bumper. -------------------- ![]() |
