can it be done without mods?
do i have to take the abs ring out? -------------------- Learned a lot in 10 years... I hardly log in anymore, last login Today Sept 6 2019, and I was forced just to clarify a post. LOL

you can use abs axles in a non abs hub with no problems.
No need to remove the ring, it's no gonna hurt anything -------------------- |

you can use abs axles in a non abs hub with no problems. No need to remove the ring, it's no gonna hurt anything x2 we installed an abs dr. axle on Herosblade's car -------------------- I don't normally drive fast, but when I do its on a curvy section of this island

the abs system will deactivate and the abs light will stay lit until the proper axles are put in

And then all you have to do is remove the ABS bulb from your dash. =)
