Looking for a set of steelies with good tires. Something that will get me through the winter. Winter tires would be even better. Looking to get a set mostly local, I'm in Boston/Connecticut most of the time.

I have steelies, but the tires have been on them for god knows how long. I wouldn't trust them. Plus I'm out in CO so.
