Should be 37 mm spacer. Get wider wheels, a 37 mm spacer is SO unwieldly.

Flush in front with 7.5" wheels is +15

Flush in rear with 7.5" wheels is -2

To achieve those you need a 30mm spacer in front (45-15=30) and 47mm spacer in the back (45- -2 is 45+2=47)
