where do you guys get your touch up paint at?

I know local parts store sells them but they are not OEM colors. More like a universal color that is close to but not exact.

Can you order touch up paints at the dealers? Where is a reliable place to get a pen at from online?

I am not sure what color your car is, but I know autozone/advance/pepboys/ect. carry alot of colors for the "pen". I know they dont have 3l2 (but again not sure what color your car is.
But when I had my car red, I couldnt get a match from autozone, or anywhere. So I did some research and ordered from ►HERE◄ and the color was EXACT! and pretty cheap.
I bought a whole can to do my FB and it worked great (the clear wasnt the best, but thats because it was in a rattle can as well) But as far as the color, it worked perfect!
They sell the touch up pens as well, and they are pretty cheap smile.gif
GL with ur project...i think u need some pics of ur car too tongue.gif

i have gotten the brush type paint from here. DO NOT GET UNIVERSAL COLOR PAINT! it will most likely look bad unless you are really good at matching it.

I have used the pens as well in the past on my mom's car, wasn't a big fan but it did a fair job.

I got some touch up paint at a Toyota dealer a while back. I've also gotten paint mixed at Napa for not that much, and its pretty good stuff.

No, but a pint will be more than enough for skirts.

i get mine made from a local paint specialist. one of the best in the city as i've purchased from other paint stores and gave me a red that didn't match. i never buy touch up though, i always get a rattle can.

Yeah the only real places to get oem paint is at a reputable paint supply store, or possibly some places online, i prefer to do it in person though, and yes a pint should be more than enough to paint the side skirts, did this last year along with front and rear splitters, and im in the process of doing it again these next few weeks, just gotta get everything prepped, but remember, buy a decent paint gun, do alot of reading on automotive painting, have an inline water filter, and i cannot stress this enough make sure they are perfect, and i mean perfect before they are painted, primer is cheap, paint is not, and your prep work will reflect in the final product
