i want to put 1.25inch 5x100 to 5x114.3 wheel adapters for my car, just wanna know those wheel adapters are safe?

as long as they are hubcentric and every single nut is torqued down to spec, you'll be fine

hubcentric is when the center of the wheel / spacer fits snugly exactly to the diameter of the hub.
