I don't know if this would clear the hood on a celica or not. But just to show off some of Marc's skills doing a quick mockup after we laid out the sketches and plans...

Check out the new EMSPowered true equal length Gen3 3SGTE top mount exhaust manifold. Marc finished up the layout this evening finally. The manifold is setup to fit small T3 flanged turbos (GT30/S200), all the way up to the big boys toys (GT40/S300/S400). Yes, you can keep your AC. Yes, it's a true equal length equal frequency manifold.

Here's some photos for now. I'll post more later this week. Enjoy!

Not sure on celica/alltrac/gt4 fitment, we'll have to test fit it on a Celica motor next time we get one in here. It would be easy to make a different manifold for a celica though. This sort of stuff is easy as pie for us.

For those that were asking about clearance for the AC idler pulley and the engine hook. Yes, it clears with plenty of room:

Do you plan on adding a flange for an external wastegate? That would be my only suggestion...and of course making it fit in our celica's smile.gif

Yes, the port/pipe/flange for the external TIAL v-band wastegate is being added as well. That's the last step.

Okay in all seriousness, i would take it this would be a product that you would be selling in the near future...and on that assumption, how would this compare in price to the c-one and full race manifolds that easily start around 900-1200. Also would you be selling this with your now, current turbo kit setups. Will this be a seperatly sold item, will it support the stock turbo setup. Sexy a$$ product man, but ive been wanting to ask these questions even since this site went down for that day or 2.

This particular kit is being built for an MR2 customer. For a Celica/alltrac/GT4 we would tuck the runners closer to the motor. If you're interested in a setup for your car shoot me a PM/email/phone call and we'll get and order in for you and started on.

Not sure what you mean. Do you mean where the turbo bolts to the flange using the 4 bolts?

We are already taking orders for these. Since the start of this thread we have 5 orders in for the manifold and also full turbo kits including the manifold which are now in the build queue. As far as price, our price will be slightly lower than the ones you've mentioned. As far as quality and performance, I can guarantee that you will get better performance out of our manifolds since they are true equal length tuned manifolds (the others you mentioned are not). You can purchase our custom exhaust manifolds by itself or as a full kit. If you're interested in a setup shoot me a PM/email/phone call and we can get started on an order for you.

As far as pricing goes, it's $750 starting for the manifold depending on how you want it setup, which turbo flange, which WG flange, etc.... For a full kit including the manifold, turbo, downpipe, wastegate, screamer/reroute pipe, oil/water lines, fittings, gaskets, etc it would be starting at $2500.

I doubt it, as the 4th gen has a different exhaust manifold bolt pattern than the 3rd and 2nd gens.

That manifold looks incredible!

actually, the 3rd and 4th gens share the same flange. (guys use the 3rd gen manifolds on the 4th gen for turbo kits all the time.)
its the 2nd and 3rd gens that have diffrent bolt patterns.

You can email/PM/call us to place an order for the manifold (or full kit including the manifold). We build each one by hand and custom make it to each customer's needs so that we can change/customize it to fit your exact application.

The manifold is $750 as shown, and we can build it in any form you'd like for your particular application. Gen1, Gen2, Gen3, Gen4 3SGTE engines. T3, T4, divided T3, divided T4, v-band turbo flanges. 38mm, 44mm, 60mm (or other) wastegate flange. Build time on these is appriximately 4 weeks.

The one pictured is on a 3rd Gen 3SGTE. We can build them for any generation 3SGTE. We build each one by hand, so we can customize them to any application to meet each customer's exact needs.

Looks like I have to make a trip to Texas in the new year to pick up my manifold.
Can you also have then heat coated, as this will be a great bonus.

Hi, I heard about this product over on the gt4oc (gt4 owners club) I'm after a decent exhaust manifold, one that won't crack as soon as you start whinding the turbo up, and this looks like just what I'm after! do you know if the hood will clear the manifold on a generation 6 celica GT-Four? (st205) if yes, will you be selling them for 750 USD as stated in the post?

The other problem is, I'm in the Uk, England, would shipping be ok?
Congrats on a great looking product.

Many thanks,
James.

Hi James, you've come to the right place for a rock solid manifold that will perform! The $750 introductory price is finished and the manifold is back up to it's normal price as listed on our website. But I can still honor the $750 price for you if you'd like to order in the next couple of weeks. We custom make each manifold, so we can make it to fit your exact application/chassis/hood.

We're located in Austin, Texas. But we ship worldwide. We have a large customer base in the UK, that is no problem at all.
