the gas is pretty good and it's fairly cheap considering how much some of the self owned places charge.

Realistically octane booster only boosts the total octane like maybe 1 or 2. Well depending on the octane booster.

I use Chevron 93, best in my area unfortunately. frown.gif

What is done to your car that requires an unknown amount of octane? Just about everyone should be running 87, unless they are turbo'd; even then no real need to go higher than 93 unless the car is tuned for it and you're trying to squeeze every last bit of hp out of it.

Its a Celica forum so i try to abide by the rules and not post anything that isnt celica realted. So plain and simple I try to get every bit of HP possible, and there is a S**t ton of engine mods, nothing on the car/engine is stock.

czwalga, the owner of the RX7 in the sig, was talking about JuMPiiN, who owns a Nissan 240SX. czwalga said he didn't know what JuMPiiN drove and Ferdi was answering him. It pays to read back a bit.

And I know that it doesn't matter what octane we put in our cars, but I've done an 87 vs 93 experiment and with 93, I got an average of 3 more mpg, so I stick with the highest.
