I was wondering if anyone could help me with this. I have a JDM GT-four and drive on the right hand side. Sometimes while driving I hear a sound like water swooshing around in the engine, towards the passenger side of the car (left hand side). At first I thought it could be the W2A intercooler...but it's topped off..and any water movement won't make that loud of a sound...then I thought i was crazy (lol) but other ppl hear it too haha..

It just sounds like water moving in a mostly empty reservoir...

you may need to bleed your system if air is in the heater core you will hear sloshing sound....turn the climate control to hot take the cap off an try to get it to burp and add coolant

so to drain the W2A intercooler..there's a cream colored plastic thing near the foglights on the drivers side of the car (right side) that needs to be unscrewed...
where is the plug to drain the radiator? should i do this also while I'm at it?
toyota red for life coolant for both? how many liters?

lol quit asking things at 3AM.

the radiator drain plug is located typically near the bottom of the radiator. on my corolla it was on the drivers side and, sticking in towards the engine from the plastic side tank. On my Celica (7th gen) it's in a similar spot, my Mazda is also in a similar spot. If it won't open then just take off the lower radiator hose at the radiator.

That is so weird. I've been hearing the same thing in my car too. It's only when I start accelerating from a stop. I guess I'll go bleed again. I just finished putting a Koyo in the car.

mines been doin sht like this forever, spits its coolant out the overflow and overheats,...

going to have a custom swirlpot and high mounted header tank made and if that doesnt fix it, ill simply inject my cooling system with a regulated 1.2bar feed from my ice tank into my thermostat housing and call it a day, ...
