hi i just bought a celica and its missing a factory bracket and the other is bent, ive been told i will need these to mount my aftermarket radio and its been tough getting my hands on these brackets

i found this and it says they imulate the brackets, u guys think this will work? or should i go to toyota and get them ordered

those ones look funny, hold out for a celica wrecking or order them at toyota, shouldnt cost too much

That link is just a face kit for aftermarket systems.

That kit actually mounts onto the brackets you are speaking of. Hit up a junkyard, definately will be those 2 brackets you need. Just take out the stock unit or aftermarket, and remove the 2 metal plates attached to the unit and there are the brackets you need.

Edit:

After looking at them again, yes they surly do emulate the brackets...

Plastic though..I wouldn't trust a good radio in those.

There's no Celica's at a junkyard or anything like that near your neighborhood. If there is, I'm pretty sure the bracket should still be there. The metal radio bracket really isn't a hot item at junkyards. Lol.
