ok the issue im having is fairly simple, my bumper dont line up flush with my highbeams nor does it have a small enough gap between bumper and hood....also one side is spaced out more then the other....what would be the best way of getting it lined up perfect...just little adjustment things like this always catches my eye and makes me need to get it figured out...i guess i should take some pics...also nothing looks bent/out of place that the bumper mounts to so thats why its sorta irritating.....offer me your suggestions if you have the same issues, thanks guys!

you dont have the headlight rubbers in, that's why it doesn't line up right

headlight rubbers wont make it line up properly just by visualy looking.......the high beam rubbers dont even sit flush with glass, and if people on this site wouldnt charge an arm and a leg for some peices of rubber id have some of them in....car didnt come with them....and there weather strip gaskets that wouldnt make it not line up properly...as its pushed out, not pushed in far enough....unless your talking about my high beam rubbers which i do have and are installed...just cant see them due to lighting...

I would say that the car was bumped on the front passenger side, which caused the lower headlight/highbeam bracket to be pushed in. That is why your high beam doesn't sit flush with your bumper. Your upper bumper support bar is possibly pushed in a little bit too, which is why the bumper doesn't line up with the hood correctly. It's hard to say for sure, based off just 1 picture, and without actually taking a look behind the bumper. But those 2 parts being bent would be my best guess.

was deffinatly in a small fender bender for sure but as far as the bumper supports (lower and upper)its straight with no bends or anything but it could be the headlight bracket on pass. side as i know thats the only thing bent up behind bumper.and both of the high beams dont sit flush with the rubbers... its like the bumper just needs to be pushed back towards rear of car more....and from the pics ive seen it looks like theres still always a fairly large gap between bumper and hood...i just hate large gaps between body panels...i do know the weather strip gasket/metal strip is screwed up with a portion totaly seperated from rest of the metal.... but that i doubt has any thing to do with the gaps not as close as i would like....

btw to all who was wondering i think i might have figured out the problem after some measuring and looking at pictures of 6gc's, i came to the conclusion that i need to adjust hood and fender alignment/gaps correctly as some are a good 1/4" off and that would be about the space that my highbeam rubbers are away from glass, i just need to know the proper gap spacing for these cars....
