just wondering if anyone with gts wheels off a 7th gen has any input on reccomended tires for those wheels?
i am looking in to getting 215/45/16 but im open to suggestions with about anything?
(i.e. like ride height, driveability, steering etc.)

in future i should have kyb struts and sportline springs.

also going with that, i wanted to know what color of rim would look good on my car?
i see manphibian's celica with the bronze which i really like since my celi is red as well
but again im up to suggestions!

getting 214/45R16 are an attainable size. Although with that size you will be only to get 3 types of tires. Falken Azenis RT615K with a utg of 200, Dunlop Direzza Star Specs utg 200, and Kumho Ecsta Ku36 180 utg. Somewhat pricey I since all of those tires are extreme summer/autocross purpose. Anothing this is that those 215/45R16 are meant for 7" wide rims and the 7th gen's are 6.5 inches.

Here are some 205/50R16 Tires on 7th gen wheels with kyb and eibach sportline springs.

205/50 is the stock size for these wheels. On my 7th gen i have 205/55, gives a better ride comfort. see crappy cell pics below.
just remember different brands, models, have different thread heights so even the same tire sizes can look smaller or bigger than the other.
