4 quarts of 75W-90 will do the job. I'm using one quart of Pennzoil Syncromesh and 3 quarts of Mobil1.

4 quarts sounds like a lot, but if thats what it takes. I use plain 80/90 gear oil from autozone. i change my fluids enough that its not worth the extra $$$ for synthetic oils. and i dont really notice any difference in performance either
