In a bit of a dilemma rite now. Here's how my car looks like as it is and I haven't touched the back end yet because I can't decide if I want to put the WRC spoiler back on or keep it spoilerless or not?

At first I was all... No spoiler

But now I'm all like.... Duckbill.

IMHO... the duckbill looks more aerodynamic.

no carbon rooff wrap. Looks a bit stupid when up against real carbon.
I'm going to wrap it in gloss black.
How about a boot a trunk top spoiler?

Definitely needs the roof wrapped to link the bonnet and boot (using english terms biggrin.gif )

And also need a spoiler imo. The best spoiler for the 6GC is the 2 post wth Euro riser bocks.... smile.gif

If you have one lying around, set it on and stand back. Take some pictures of it on and off from the same angles and post them. Also look at them as if they're someone else's car and critique.

I personally like the normal non-gt4 spoiler for looks. but for a GT4 the spoiler does serve a purpose so I think not having one is dumb. plus non spoilers always feel like they are missing something.

ok. So I had about an hour or two the other night at the bodyshop so I've fitted the spats and wrapped the roof. Also started to install a fog light on my diffuser.

So next time I get a chance I'll install the diffuser and wire up the fog. Then I'll place the carbon WRC spoiler on and decide if I should have it on or not.

I respect you more for reviving an old abused car. Most people throw them away when they start to have issues, the fact that someone is willing to keep with it is definitely respect worthy in my books.

Today I've fitted the diffuser and wired up the fog light.

After seeing this I now feel the car is complete and there fore I am keeping it spoilerless.

On my way home I noticed something unexpectedly after fitting the spoiler.
I normally have my rear seats down and boot cover off and with a carbon trunk there is usually quite a bit noisier.
Now with a diffuser, it sooo much quieter and smoother!

Is that the same wide diffuser you were selling from your ebay shop?

yes it is. Being universal you need to mod it and make your own brackets your self and also cut a section out depending on the size of your exhaust.

All Real carbon bonnet and boot made by us.
I did not have to cut the spare tyre wall. The diffuser bridges the gap between the low tank and the rear bumper.

Alright cool looks nice doesnt seem like to much work and it looks great man, thanks for the info. Reason i asked if u cut into the spare tire well is cuz someone on here did that not sure if it was just to do it or what but he put a diffuser on as well, wasn't sure what was needed for a diffuser like that.
