If I were to buy 17" rims, would I really need to lower my car or would I be able to keep it as is with out it looking goofy?

I got coilovers and heres pics of my celica, lowered 4" with 17' Rims

ehh.... I would say that with 17's you shouldn't need to lower it. However your still gona have a HUGE wheel gap. So I would lower it at least 1.5". Ive got the sportlines on mine and the ride is good.

I have 17's w/ 40 profile tires. Mine looks ok, way better than just factory IMHO but i still want to get the Eibach sportlines to lower it.

i just put on my new 17" with 40 profile tires......and i still have a nice gap so yup i purchased my Eibachs should be coming in soon

no way thats is 4 inches LOL... might wana recheck that man, 4 inches from stock would be on the grounddddd and yours looks about the same as mine and mines not even 2 lol |
