Ok im getting ready to swap my 1mz an im down to my last little bit of planning
Has anyone put a,electric power steering pump in there celica if so how hard was is an rough idea on whatvit cost to do -------------------- 95 gt coupe, v6 swap weekend toy

not worth it. just use the PS pump that came with your 1MZ. thats what im going to do

It didnt come with the ps pump or the alt so im gonna try an source them both soon i guess

I'm not even putting power steering on yet. I have to source a pump still but im going to try it out w/o powr steering to see how bad it is.

MR2s have electronic power steering. they just have an idler pulley where the PS pump goes

What all is needed off the mr2 to do the swap to a celica?

off an MR2 3S-GTE? the engine and manifolds. nothing else is interchangeable

So theres no way to use the electric ps pump off the mr2 on the celica?
