I have 3 sets of these fog lights for sale $60 shipped. All are in good conditions with mounting brackets and enough wire to splice them in for an easy installation.

Question: Where would be the best place to splice these into? Front turn signals?

Not sure the turn signals are the best option but there are many options under the hood, small light, install a separate on and off switch.
