everyones just gonna tell you get a TRD short shifter assembly if you can find one, TWM short shifter, or get any 7th gen shaft w/ spacers/bolts (cheapest option).

Yeah It's Hard To Find But If Anyone Knows Anyone Or Knows Any Website That Is Sell One Let Me Know ( I Don't Want To Disassemble An Shifter Then Put It Back Together...I Don't Want To Put Any More Work To It If I Don't Have to... So No 7 Gen Shifter ... I Know It's Simple To Find But I Rather Have All Original...)

You'll spend more time looking for a TRD shifter assembly then you will buying a 7th gen short shifter, waiting for it to ship and arrive, and installing it LOL.
Anyways, good luck with your search, let us know if you find anything

its really easy installing a 7th gen shifter. the time you spend you looking for it you can already done the short shifter install a million times. Trust me I know what you mean, but reality says wait for it god knows how long or get it done now. The other option is buy another factory shifter assembly, pick your choice of the shaft, and install it there, and then pull out your old shifter assembly and just install the new complete assembly with the short shifter.

1. Search. (Theres a VERY recent thread on this)
2. Check stickies. (pretty sure theres a how to)
3. TMW Has a how to on their site. Yes, its for their shifter, but it works the same for any install and thats what most of the guys on here have used.

does anyone know the upper and lower rod heights of the TRD vs the 7th gen ebay one? i think the TRD one would have a shorter upper rod height but a longer lower rod height compared to a really short shifter in order to maintain the good feel of OEM. the 7th gen ones are just short straight up and makes it notchy.

why did you buy two again?

Isn't the TRD a bit longer than the TWM and 7th gen shifters? TRD is supposed to be only like 40% shorter than stock and TWM/7gc ones are like 60% shorter.
