I don't think they will fit a 95 without some modification or welding.

If you can find the 96-99 seat rails, it'll bolt right up to them.

From '94-99 the holes in the floorboard are the same, just how the seat pans are and how the rails are changed along with the belt buckle. Can't remember exactly, but I think the thing to do is take the 7GC seat back and it fits directly onto the frame and then use the 7GC cover and cushion on the '96-99 seat pan/rail.

Swap the seat pans and that's it.

It'd be easier to try and get the 7GC pans onto the '94-95 rail than trying to get the 7GC rail to work with 6GC floorpans.

Maybe a couple washers or somethig to lift them up? I got both seats in great shape for $30 CAD!!

To use 7gc seats with 94-95 seat rails, there is some cutting and welding required. It's easiest to find a set of 96-99 seats to use as donors for the seat pan and rails. The Camry seats would make even more work than using the 94-95 rails.

You don't have to weld. I just swapped pans over in mine and it worked well.

When I did mine I didn't weld at all and I have 94 seats. I just swapped the pans over and made them work. I don't remember exactly what I did bit I know I didn't weld.

Maybe I honestly don't remember exactly. My dad helped me with it, I know for sure we didn't weld. I know we didn't weld, as I know we used my 94 seat pan. I'll try to get some pictures tomorrow of it.

I once tried replacing cushions on my '95 seats, but the replacement cushion was for '96-99. How they changed the cushions it just wouldn't work, most of the cushion would've needed shaving away to maybe fit.

The seat back is a straight forward swap. When i did mine, I only removed the upholstery from the 7thgen and placed it over the 6th gen cushion. Nice and tidy and less then 2 hours of work for both seats to be done.

Took pics of mine. I'm pretty sure I used the 7th gen cushion on the 6th gen seat pan. I didn't drill and I didnt weld. Here's pics of my passenger seat.

Nope I doubt that any other previous owner would have swapped the seats out to the later model seats. I'm pretty sure mine were the originals.

If it extends all the way down the side and the bottom height knob sits on top of the panel it's '94-95, if it only goes about half way and the height knob is directly atop the seat cover it's '96-99. I just remember the '96-99 cushion would not fit onto the '94-95 pan. Though going back and looking it seems your cushion hangs way over the pan in the pack, so it probably is the earlier.

The plastic trim on mine extends the full length of the cushion and the height knob sits atop some plastic trim. I know it's 94-95. I remember I used a guide on here by like amc moe or someone.

Did my seats last weekend.

Tip: Put the seat together with the exception of one side of the seat back. Leave it unbolted. The crossbar is a pain to line up. Tip the seat on its side (bolts down). Move the seatback to the side enough to lower the crossbar down into the hole. You can peek on the other end under the back of the seat and see where the one end will fall to. Make note of the location of the groove where the crossbar will lock into. Turn the crossbar on the other end until it lowers onto the pin and locks into position. Let gravity do the work. You may need to reach in with your pinky finger to line up the crossbar with the pin. Once it locks into place, it will be in the correct position on the other side. Lift up a bit on the unbolted end and lower onto the pin. Bolt it up. Done.

I spent way too much time attempting to line it up horizontally and clumsily trying to bolt it up only to have it fall apart.

This may seem vague. When you do the switch, it will make sense.

Yes Its true I got my 7th gen seats on my 95' seat rails. Took about 3 hours and the driver side was more trouble than the passenger side. here is a pic of the finished product. I double padded the driver side cushion for extra comfort!!

Yes. How the seat bolts to the floor is the same 94-99. The only difference was in 96 the way the pan bolts to the rails changed. Coupes seats very seats and hatch seats all bolt in the same way.
