I dont get the PM Pop-Up Notification, and yes i've checked to make sure i have that option on. Ne body else?

When did this start happening? I don't get them either, but that's only because on both of my browsers I have integrated popup blocking.

Maybe thats why, I have norton antivirus so its probably blocking them. I'm stupid, sorry for wasting a thread.
