Up for sale is a used set of 6th gen Weapon R short RAM intake
INCLUDED: - well maintained blue Weapon R V2 intake w/ 95% new can of filer oil I’m Paypal verified and accept this type of payment ONLY. $65.00 OBO shipped via USPS w/ delivery confirmation Check my feedback on eBay for reference. (I’m also selling other items so check my other postings) This intake was removed from my 96 LE that I sold a few months ago. This thing works and sounds great! I cleaned the filter every 3000 miles and is about 2 ½ years old. There is a wear mark on the bottom side of the intake from rubbing the inner wall on the engine bay. Other than that it’s in good condition. This thing has been cleaned-up after it was remeoved and ready to ship! Check out the picts below. Higher rez picts available upon request.   |

is that the way it was in the car? isn't the filter supposed to be on the other side?

the bottom pict shows the orientation that it was installed in the car. the filter is on the driver side of the car. This was taken out of a 96 Limited Edition.

It doesn't matter. All this thing is...is a metal tube with a filter connected to the end. and an air sensor. no "ultra engineering" here. Weapon R says their filter material is supposed to be "better engineered" than your typical K&N type material, but I'm not really sold on that. They're probably the same.
