I know it's only two wires, but I don't have the original plug. I'm guessing that since it's just a solenoid then I can wire it either way, but I want to be sure. Does anyone know? Or can you attach a picture of your gen3 vsv wire colors on the plug? Thanks!

sorry pal, both wires are black with a red stripe and i dont have a multimeter with me. trololo

if it helps, the AC idleup plug is similar, if you hold it up with the locking tag up top, and the wires towards you the negative is on the left

try it both ways anyhow, see what works best
