Lowering springs did not lower car, Lowering Springs

I know, I know might be just the damn cheap springs but I researched a little online and read similar situations with pricier springs. Just want to know what possibilities can be why it didn't lower. Other than its M2 springs.... I read 50/50 review on those...... Thanks
