 Building gen3 3sgte head, Need advice on parts |

I'd like to start gathering parts to build the head of my motor. Are there specific valves and valve springs / retainers for the gen3 or can I use gen2 parts? Also, would anyone recommend running larger valves?
What I'm looking to buy : 1. GSC s1 cams 2. cam gears - recommendations 3. ferrea valves - possibly oversized 4. supertech dual valve springs or single (I hear duals are better but require some fab to the head to fit) 5. gen3 timing belt - hks or greddy Any info is appreciated.
