Hey, i really not interested on rebuilding the tranny, but lately this has been a major issue, unfortunately i was dumb to sell my original tranny for 100 bucks,
but would the fix be easy, or not. Im leaning towards a lower miles tranny, but im guessing it might be syncros or something. has anyone done it, i have been looking for a specific post there was, but cant remember username -------------------- Learned a lot in 10 years... I hardly log in anymore, last login Today Sept 6 2019, and I was forced just to clarify a post. LOL

It's just part of the Celica, for whatever reason. You'd be no better off replacing with a used transmission since it'll do the same eventually. Mine does it slightly and every now and then. I've just stopped downshifting into third, unless I'm going to pass someone on the highway.
