Hey everyone, i have a 94 st automatic which shifts hard when i put it in drive and reverse, it does the same is it drives as well, if shifts hard with a loud thud, anybody have any idea of what could be causing this?

Per the BGB, possible causes of harsh transmission engagement at any driving range:
Throttle cable out of adjustment Valve body or primary regulator faulty Accumulator pistons faulty Transaxle faulty |
