I've been looking into a CAI for my 5sfe but I can't really find any CARB legal. So I was just thinking since I have a INJEN SRI why not just buy this tube and attatch it to the bottom and run it down the hole where the stock CAI is at. There's still the CARB sticker on there so no prob right? Lol. I'm just wandering if anyone has ever used these kind of product before.
Here's the link to one. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Silver-3-Car-Multi...642&vxp=mtr This post has been edited by ILoveMySilly97: Feb 25, 2013 - 11:00 PM -------------------- |

if you had a custom air box with a 3" neck pod filter inside and then the airbox inlet port was also a 3" neck, then that flexible tube would be suitable to run from there down to the front bumper.
i would never use that flex tube between the throttlebody and the air filter -------------------- Mike W
