Well, I will just get to the point. Can the Brembo Gran Turismo Brake system for the ST205 work, or be adapted to work on a ST204?

No they will not fit. The st205 brakes differ greatly from the 204. However, according to speedtoe169, any big brake kit for the 7th gen celica will fit becasue the calipers and the rotors bolt in at the same places.
