Spacers for 60$? Precision European Motorwerks, Are they safe? Options

I think to buy pair of Precision European Motorwerks spacers for 60$. What do you guys think?

Is it a good deal? or they're not the safe? Any opinions?
like what about a quality compared to ichiba or H&R spacers?

why are the spacer's extra lug nuts more safe than the stock steel lug nuts? Is it the only difference?

I've searched in internet and ebay hubcentric spacers have the same response as ichiba or some brand ones.
I think it's a worth to buy a pair of PEM hubcentric spacers for 60$.

Some wheels have mounting issues with a spacer, the studs can effectively become too short for proper attachment. A spacer design which has studs attached is preferred in some applications, that way the wheel can fit tightly over the studs like it did without the spacer.
