Trouble posting feedback for member Options

Recently I've tried leaving trader/reputation feedback for a couple members I've purchased parts from and I get an error message. I think it has to do with the Topic field in the feedback form. The error message is "You may not leave feedback for this person twice for the same topic". I haven't left feedback for these people before, but I have left feedback for another person for the same topic (my parts wanted thread here).

Is this a known bug? Should I just make up a different topic url? Because of this problem I'm unable to add to the good reputation of some of the members here.

I have never had an issue, I have left feedback from the same topic for 20 or more different individuals. It could be a buyer thing when I have left multi feedback I was always the seller. You might contact a mod, worst case make individual wtb topics for the multiple items. I am fine without feedback, don't bother making seperate topics to leave it for me.
