Hey Guys,

I know this topic has been done to death a million times and there are heaps of helpful how-to's on converting your 3 post hatch to a 2 post one.... my problem is that I don't want to drill and fill my hatch, because the 3 post will be going back on later (What... I like it tongue.gif).

Following some GT4 riser blocks and a 2 post spoiler coming up locally super cheap, I have been thinking about giving the look a go. However, I have been thinking about trying to modify the actual riser blocks to fit the holes already drilled in the boot.

Any insight from people who have done the conversion and have see both bits in person would be greatly appreciated smile.gif

Thanks,
Josh smile.gif

I wouldn't want to risk messing them up since they are just plastic (or fiberglass if you get reps). Also, IMO, the mounting holes would be too close together from the 3 post and you would risk the stability of the 2 post by it being mounted in a different way.

I don't really care about the blocks themselves... they are only $50 including the spoiler and need a bit of TLC anyway... so not a huge loss if it doesn't work out.

The concern about the closeness of the mounting points is what I was worried about... I'll search out some diagrams when I get home and see exactly where they line up... I know one bolt is already on the right spot... so it might not be toooo bad tongue.gif
