My front headlight fuse keeps blowing out and my left side headlights are always on both highbeam and low beam and everytime I pus a new fuse it blows. How can I fix this?

Yeah put in PIAA lights. But I figured out that one of the bulbs were defective I have to send it in and get it exchanged thanx.
