 Meaty Flush on my Celi |

I absolutely love the look of meaty flush. It's so agressive. I'm wanting to do the same with my 94 Celica GT but I don't know anything about rims and tires. So if you guys could help me out here.
This is the look I would want. Except on a 6th gen celica  |

Look for zero offset wheels in a 8" or 9" width and you'll get that poke. My XXR's poke like that when no camber or stretch is applied:
