As with when it happened to me, not traveling too close, but by the time it appeared from under the car in front, to the time I had to react and try and dodge it, it was too late.
So I dont think its personal responsibility, but maybe that's because I hit a small sledge hammer, not a rock. Continue the inquest! -------------------- |
