The problem with our ST205 is that the flat 4 is mounted horizontally.
Ive heard of v6 implants but is it possible to do a V8? Think about it. Its about the same length as a straight 4, being 4 and 4 cyliners parallel just much wider meaning when mounted sideways, its fuller towards the fire wall and rad. So if so I could imagine relocating the rad further beyond the slam panel and it could work. Now what V8 made by toyota that can mate up with the E145 gearbox? Bitter and Kwanza, what a shame. people like u are what made the forum the way it is. A ghost ship!
why 1. Nobody can ask anything that has been done because, they will be flamed and told to go search 2. Nobody can ank anything new because they will be flamed and told they are fantasizing and dreaming I dont care if you guys are up there with einstein, or tesla or hawkins, your kind of attitude is whats bringing this site down, I for one would like to see creativity. Bitter and Kwanza, what a shame. people like u are what made the forum the way it is. A ghost ship! why 1. Nobody can ask anything that has been done because, they will be flamed and told to go search thats because we are tired of answering the same questions over and over again. 2. Nobody can ank anything new because they will be flamed and told they are fantasizing and dreaming thats because we know what is feasible. like we have mentioned, can it be done? yes, but at what cost. 90% of the 6th gen owners are of the young age group that have no money just pipe dreams. I dont care if you guys are up there with einstein, or tesla or hawkins, your kind of attitude is whats bringing this site down, I for one would like to see creativity. creativity is good, but doing something that is just not feasible is irresponsible. V8 swaps and 2JZ swaps just dont make sense. sure it can be done, but your typical kid in HS or college cant afford it. Martin Luther King once had a dream, and everyone laughed at him. Look at society now. yeah look at it, the country is full of people that think they are entitled to everything. meanwhile im in the working class and have to pay for everyone else. this country is going downhill very fast and the libtards are helping it. This country was founded on freedoms and not socialism which is what it is heading to. Naysayers, go to your civic forums, leave us alone. If you dont participate, or collaborate, get out of this thread. If i was a moderator, youd both be ina vacation cruise. well its a good thing you are not, i dont see a reason for getting a vacation. Moderators, dont close this thread please... V8 has been done http://www.v8mr2.com/ so its possible on a Celica.. Now what? read why he did it! not a toyota engine, non the less V8 GOOGLE V8 MR2, if there is not more crammed bay, is the mr2 big deal, so it can be done. loo at all the work involved. your typical 6th gen owner cant afford that, cant fab it, its just out of their reach. -------------------- 2001 Celica GT-S Turbo
