I did a 3rd gen 3sgte swap and used mr2 inners and st185 outters
Right after i finished the swap i started hearing a noise coming from the bottom of the car (a metal rubbing sound) i didnt know what it was the noise started increasing after 3 weeks and then Boom! The car stopped running.

I brought the car back to my house and realized that the axle cage was broken on the passenger side. It didnt do any damage to the mr2 inners but the cage from the st185 axle broke and the ball bearings fell off.
Now im wondering why this happend?

Does anyone had this problem?

Could be..
A) axle too short? My car is sitting low
B) installed incorrectly although i doubt it because the st185 just needs to bolt on to the mr2 axles..

The cage when broke damaged it and made a hole
