LUNCH @ the Surfrider Cafe in Santa Cruz at 11am
Plenty of free 3hour parking across the street. http://goo.gl/maps/gYYiB Then a nice caravan to the Manresa State Beach for pictures and hangout. Dont forget there will be $10 parking fee. http://goo.gl/maps/MjvX6 This post has been edited by 83841: Jul 16, 2013 - 2:58 PM |

Shes down to go and super excited about it. depending on times we will probably leave really early sunday morning like 3-4am she can sleep on the way there. I cant wait to go to my first 6gc meet too. You should just head out there the day before and spend the day at monterey & santa cruz, im sure you two will enjoy a mini vaca. Then you would'nt be too tired the day of the meet. Thats what i did when i went to toyotafest in LA this year :-) I totally agree. Long drives are tiring, better to get fully rested and do some sight seeing with your girl. Once a month I drive 7hrs then go straight to work, I am used to it but I still get tired once in a while. It sucks having to drive I-5 for a car meet. You'll wash your car all pretty before you leave and arrive with hundred of bugs all over the front ![]() Yup! Unless you wanna drive behind a truck and let it shield your car against bugs ![]() -------------------- God made man....

Just last week I drove from ohio to the bay area stopping only for gas and food. It was 2,500 miles and took 37 and a half hours. Now I feel that driving to so-cal and back is doable in one day without getting too tired ![]() QUOTE It sucks having to drive I-5 for a car meet.
