 Rebuild and estimating C/R |

Long story short, 2 months ago I had a shop rebuild the short block of my stock st205 3sgte with 86.5mm Wossner (9055D050) pistons + eagle rods.
Now whats my estimated C/R with the stock head to get 8:1 C/R? what thickness HG do I need? -------------------- |
