Is there anyway to wire a 7th Gen Celica cluster in our cars?

you could, everything is possible. but why?
first of all our cars are not entirely digital and the 7th gen cluster is, so you have to find a way to make that work. unsure if the mileage is stored in the cluster or the ecu. but im going to let the rest of the gang chime in... -------------------- Learned a lot in 10 years... I hardly log in anymore, last login Today Sept 6 2019, and I was forced just to clarify a post. LOL
