GT-S vs. GT

I love them both and I'm startin to lean towards a 7th gen cause it's newer but I dont' wanna settle for a slow piece. The GT-S make about 150 HP with VVTL-i right? And the GT is about ... 110? I think they would both be the same ... so can I get some backup on this?

The 7th gen is far better than the matrix. It's lighter, has a better suspension and chassi. The revving doesn't affect much... I think all of the matrix's fuel cut is at 7500... but I can't say for sure. Might be the same as the GTS.

The RSX > 7th gen GTS. The RSX-S is the best car in its class by FAR. 2 stages of VTEC on the intake AND exhaust cams, iVTEC changeover and shifts at around 1500 some odd rpms for very good low-end response, and then another vtec shift at 6000 some odd rpms for the high-end power. The Honda K20A series, IMO, is the best overall n/a 4 cylinder currently on the market. Makes almost as much HP per liter (Type-R version at around 220 hp) as the S2000, and has far superior low-end response. RSX's on the track are pretty unstoppable... mainly because it has the low-end response coupled with the high-revving high-powered vtec. The overall chassi design and suspension is pretty fricken good also... I'd say, the 7th Gen GTS is about as good as a DC Integra type-R, at most a bit better.

Im not debating weatehr the celica is better performing than an rsx. I know damn well that rsx's are jsut awesome, and i agree with ya, i jsut like the celicas interior more
