So I ran into an imported Celica for sale currently not running been sitting or a while I'm checking it out Tuesday how should I start this thing or check what it needs to start ? I'm buying it for track purposes

Heh. That is really vague. It depends on whats happening with it, what is happening when trying to crank it. Parts missing? Faulty parts...? |
